Co-creation in motion.
Operate as One is our co-creation methodology: a disciplined progression from conviction to Operator-Ready that aligns people, systems, and intelligence so decisions are made from a shared, real-time understanding of the business.
Stage 01 established the problem worth solving. Stage 02 prepared the ground. Stage 03 is where capability gets built, in short cycles, alongside the people who will use it.
The familiar version of a build phase runs quietly for a quarter and ends in a demonstration. Requirements are collected, the team disappears into the work, and the business waits. When the system finally appears, it answers the question the organization was asking when the requirements were written, which is rarely the question it is asking now.
The problem is not effort. It is distance. Every week engineering runs without a stakeholder looking at it is a week of assumptions compounding unchecked. Stage 03 removes the distance: the build is not presented to your team, it is done with them.
Forge to Value
Stage 03 is engineering on prepared ground. Our engineers and architects work in Palantir alongside your operators, analysts, and system owners, building the pipelines, the ontology, and the applications that turn the case made in Stage 01 into something a person can use on a Tuesday afternoon.
The cadence is short. Cycles are measured in weeks, and each one ends with something real: a model that runs, a workflow that closes, a number a leader can act on and defend. The word forge is deliberate. Capability is shaped in contact with the operation, and tested while it is still hot enough to change.
Short cycles, real data, visible progress
Engineering runs in the open
Your team sees the work as it is made, not after it is finished. Sessions are working sessions: the people who own the process sit with the people building it, and a misread requirement is corrected in an afternoon instead of surviving to acceptance testing.
Built against real data
Access secured in Stage 02 means Stage 03 builds on production reality from the first cycle. Sample data hides the exceptions, and the exceptions are where operational systems break. Working against the real thing surfaces them while it is still low cost.
Scope stays tied to the case
Every increment is measured against the problem framed in Stage 01. Good ideas that do not serve that problem are recorded, not absorbed. Discipline here is what keeps a program that is moving quickly from quietly becoming a different program.
Value in weeks, not quarters
By the end of Stage 03, the capability exists and it is in use. Not a prototype awaiting a decision, and not a pilot parked beside the real process. Working capability, running on your data, in the hands of the people it was built for.
Because your team helped build it, the handover has largely already happened. They know why a model behaves the way it does and where its edges are, because they were in the room when those edges were drawn. Ownership is not transferred at the end of the stage. It accumulates throughout it.
What Stage 03 does not yet claim is dependability at scale. Capability that works is not the same as capability an operator will stake a shift on. That is the subject of Operator-Ready, where intelligence stops being new and starts being trusted.
Speed in Stage 03 is not the result of moving faster. It is the result of never having to stop.
Every stage makes the value visible before you commit to the next. Tell us the problem you are weighing.
